These Internet servers are owned and operated by the iConnectTo.Net. Your agreement for Internet Services is strictly with iConnectTo.Net and no other party is authorized to modify the following policies in any way.
ALLOWABLE USE POLICY
You may not use any facilities, computers, or servers of iConnectTo.Net for:
Any illegal act; Any repetitive, unattended or automated process (Usage is limited to 16 hours in any 24 hour period);
Any UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL email or message sent to more than 15 recipients;
Any consecutive login attempted by two or more computers
Any use of your account by any other person, except members of your family living under the same roof.
Any repetitive violation of this allowable use policy may result in termination of your account. In addition, there may be civil and criminal penalties for sending unsolicited email. Violation of the unsolicted email rule will result in immediate termination of your account. No refunds will be made for unused portions of your service in this case.
Telephone Charges
You are solely responsible to determine whether an access number is local for you. iConnectTo.Net is not responsible for any telephone charges you incur in accessing our network. (You can determine if a number is local by looking in the front of your phone book or by calling your operator and asking for a rate check.)
Disclaimer
iConnectTo.Net disclaim any responsibility for damages resulting from lack of connectivity, including, but not limited to, loss of business from failure of web pages to serve, and losses resulting from undelivered e-mail, both sent and received. We also disclaim any responsibility for any information you may receive over the internet. We provide connectivity to the internet, which is a vast collection of networked computers all over the world. Some of these computers may contain material that is illegal or offensive in a variety of ways. You are solely responsible for what you view and what you do with that information. You are also solely responsible to monitor others, including children, who may have access to your computer; and to control what material they can access.
Billing Policies
We will bill your credit card for your fee when you sign up. Your card will be billed again every 30 days. In order to retain your account in good standing, we must receive your payment when we bill your credit card. If your credit card is declined, your account will be deactivated, which means that you will not be able to log in, receive or send mail, or view web pages. All reactivations are subject to a $10 setup fee
Rate Guarantee
We guarantee that your monthly rate will not be increased for as long as you continue to renew this agreement.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
I certify that I am the person named on this application. I further certify that I am the owner of or an authorized user of the credit card number submitted on this application. You are hereby authorized to charge this credit card and to bill it every 30 days for the recurring monthly fee.
I understand that I may cancel my account for any reason during the first three days of service, and receive a complete refund of all charges.
I understand that I may cancel my account at the end of any billing period by giving notice at least three (3) days prior to the billing date. Such notice shall be given by e-mail to support@iconnectto.net or by telephone to 1-888-818-6989.
If service is not cancelled three (3) days before the billing date, you are authorized to charge this credit card for an additional month's service. This authorization shall remain in effect indefinitely unless notice of cancellation is given as described above. This electronic transmission shall be as binding as a signed document.
